I am Katherine Ryan and I am a Homes for Heroes Specialist. Homes for Heroes is a rewards program for all the Heroes in our lives. These heroes encompass military, law enforcement, healthcare, firefighters, ems and education. The great thing about this program is you do not need to have a specific role to qualify, meaning, this covers secretaries and custodians or veterinarians and eye doctors, pharmacists, and even volunteer positions within these organizations. What exactly is Homes for Heroes? Homes for Heroes was created following the tragic events of September 11, 2001, as a way to honor the sacrifices of the men and women who serve our country and communities every day. The mission is simple. To provide extraordinary savings to heroes who provide extraordinary services to our nation and its communities every day. We have served over 52,000 heroes and they have saved over $95,000,000. Every time a hero uses Homes for Heroes, they help other heroes in need. A portion of Homes for Heroes' earnings is donated to the Homes for Heroes Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) that provides assistance to heroes in need. We have provided over $1,000,000 in grants to these heroes. We call this the circle of giving. Connect-Serve-Reward-Grant-Strengthen. This Circle of Giving strengthens American communities by putting more money into the hands of our American heroes. The way this program works, is simply by doing what you would already do in the process of buying or selling a home. As your representative and agent, once this transaction closes, I donate part of my commission back to Homes for Heroes. The majority of that goes back to the Hero in the form of a check after closing. We also have lenders and other affiliates that partner with us to help you save money and also contribute to the Hero foundation. Lastly, why do I choose to be part of this amazing opportunity?
